Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of your order amount, including the original shipping costs.
Return shipping costs from your address to our online store are your responsibility.
These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package (check the website of the chosen courier for exact rates).

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all provided accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
