Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal;

  • Consumer: the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their professional or commercial activity who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

  • Day: calendar day;

  • Continuous performance contract: a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or performance of which is spread over time;

  • Durable medium: any means which allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them, so that it can be consulted in the future and reproduced unchanged;

  • Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s ability to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period;

  • Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services at a distance to consumers;

  • Distance contract: a contract concluded within a system organized by the entrepreneur for the remote sale of products and/or services, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication until the contract is concluded;

  • Distance communication technique: any means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the entrepreneur being simultaneously present in the same place;

  • General conditions: these general conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These general conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before concluding the distance contract, the text of these general conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, information will be provided on where the general conditions can be consulted, and they will be sent free of charge upon the consumer’s request.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the general conditions may be made available in electronic format.

In the event of a conflict between the general conditions and specific conditions, the consumer may always invoke the provision that is most favorable to them.

Article 4 – The Offer
Offers may have a limited duration or specific conditions, which will be clearly indicated.

The offer does not bind the entrepreneur, who reserves the right to modify prices, availability, and product descriptions.

Each offer contains detailed information on prices, VAT, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery, right of withdrawal, validity period, available languages, codes of conduct, and other relevant conditions.

Article 5 – The Contract.                                                                                                                The contract is concluded with the consumer’s acceptance of the offer.

If the acceptance takes place electronically, the entrepreneur immediately confirms receipt.

The entrepreneur may verify the consumer’s solvency and impose any specific conditions on the performance of the contract.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal                                                                                                    The consumer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day after receiving the product.

During the withdrawal period, the product must be handled with care and used only to the extent necessary to assess its condition.

The withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days of receipt, and the product returned within 14 days according to the entrepreneur’s instructions.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The entrepreneur will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of shipment.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or clearly personal products;

  • Perishable products or products that are difficult to return;

  • Hygienic seals or opened software;

  • Hospitality, transport, catering, and leisure services;

  • Services started with consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Article 9 – Price
Prices are binding except for changes in VAT or financial markets. Increases within 3 months of concluding the contract are possible only due to legal obligations.

Import VAT and any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Article 10 – Delivery and Timeframes
Delivery times are indicative. Delays exceeding 30 days give the consumer the right to withdraw from the contract.

In the case of partial delivery, the consumer may withdraw only from the part that has not been delivered.


Article 11 – Payment
Payment can be made using the methods indicated in the offer. The entrepreneur may require advance payment.

Article 12 – Warranty and Complaints
Products comply with applicable regulations. Complaints must be communicated within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

Article 13 – Liability
The entrepreneur is not liable for damages resulting from misuse or tampering. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Article 15 – Applicable Law
Contracts are governed by Canadian Law
